DO NOT take your GMC truck there if you have a problem! After leaving it several times and spending over $1,000 in labor and parts that I obviously did not need, the problem is worse!!! After hearing from the owner, I took my truck back to the dealership and was told they would find and fix the problem. After several days of checking, they actually found the obscure problem AND fixed it. I am very grateful to Jonathan in the service center, and to John the courtesy driver who helped me out. I am now VERY impressed with their service. Thank you!

If you're in the market for a new car, please ask for Marlene! She is fantastic! I wasn't in the market for a Chevy vehicle, but she showed me around the lot anyway. After looking at many other vehicles, I did end up with a Chevy Equinox, and I love it!

I took my Tahoe in to Herndon service department for an air conditioning problem. It was blowing out hot air after about twenty minutes of driving. The service department was very professional. Marcus, my service advisor, did a great job of listening to my numerous concerns and making sure that they were addressed . He was positive and knowledgeable. I’m pleased to say that so far my air is working great!

man help my husband find the truck he wanted that same day.and is very happy with the price they gave him. He gets his oil changed there also and appreciate that it doesn’t take long to get his truck done, he is not one who like to sit around and wait on things to be done, lol I was impressed how friendly and helpful the employees are that work there made me feel very comfortable.. it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Dear Herndon Chevy Owner, I called your office and left a message a couple weeks ago. I did not get a return call. Please call me back for the feedback you requested. You can get my number from my service record for my Chevy Colorado 2018. Thanks, VincentService rep. was very helpful, but some things were out of his control. I had to wait about 1.5 months for my speedometer part to come in and get programed for my Chevy Colorado. After I received my truck back, it makes noise on the front right side tire well. The tire is now rubbing against the inside of the well. I see that the inside is ripped due to the tire. I have to bring the truck back to the dealership to get this fixed. It was not doing this prior to turning it in. My 4 wheel drive light comes on all the time now. I have bring it back for them to fix that too. It was not doing that prior to the service. I am not sure if the truck has the right height since the speedometer was fixed. I also received a $79.00 speeding ticket because of the broken speedometer on my new truck. I was driving 6 miles per hour over the speed limit for 6 months. I had to pay $79.00 to the Irmo Court. I wish someone would give me a $79.00 gift card for a future oil change so I would not come out as a looser in this mishap. Thanks, Vincent
