Purchased a new Chevy Silverado Z92 from Herndon this weekend! Worked with Chase, who provided great service which was both efficient and honest. Chase also worked with me and his manager to get a good trade in value for my 2016 Z92, which I had also purchased new at Herndon years ago. All in all, a good experience and I was in and out in a relatively short period of time! Went home with the truck the same day.
I called Herndon Chevrolet as soon as Ford told me my car repairs was going to be expensive- after I’ve already paid a lot of money this month to Firestone. First time there. It took about an hr for my oil change, which I feel is pretty normal. The staff were friendly, polite and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured or talked down to. The waiting room was spacious and clean. I feel like I will be comfortable to return to have a diagnostic appointment for an issue I’ve noticed.

I can’t thank Fernando Pena at Herndon Chevrolet enough for helping me when I needed it most. I was in a tough spot with my previous car, 'Bertha' (the grey Hyundai on the left)—a vehicle I loved because she rode so smooth, but she had become a constant source of stress. We purchased a new Chevy Traverse this week from Herndon Chevrolet (Lexington, SC) and it was the best car buying experience we've had to date. The pricing and car details on their website were fully transparent, which is not the case at most other dealerships. We worked with Fernando, who was delightful, straight forward and responsive. He drew up the paperwork in advance for us over the weekend and had the car ready for pickup on Monday morning. We will def be back to Herndon Chevrolet and Fernando for our next Chevy purchase!

Just purchased a used 2020 Suburban and it was a simple, stress free transaction. My sales woman was Luz DeStefano who did a great job, and was very friendly and knowledgeable . This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Herndon Chevrolet and they have done me right every time.
Just had our car detailed yesterday. It is cleaner and more shiny than when we got it in 2021! Mike Cruz was so easy to talk to and very professional. My 4 year old son loves mechanics, car washes and all things cars. Mike happily answered his questions and showed him the pressure washer they use. As a rule we do not like the car buying process … with that being said we looked on a Sunday and called Monday morning to hold until we could get back and drove it home by 9 that evening .
