My alternator malfunctioned while driving from N.C. to Alabama late Friday afternoon on the 23 March; i initally called Onstar who diagnosed the problem. They contacted the Herndon service department and i was greeted by Sarah, Brendan and another lady who provided me with a loaner vehicle and directions to a reputable hotel for the evening. Sales associate, John Gregory, was very friendly and helpful. However, I was extremely dissatisfied to find that after being told my new vehicle(used) had been taken and detailed prior to my purchase, there was garbage (old french fry, cigarette, receipts, and bottle caps) found under the seats and in the drink holders.

My wife and I would like to personally thank Tony for taking the extra time in making the car buying experience more pleasant compared to other dealers I dealt with in the past. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Herndon. The people in the sales and service are very professional and qualified. The only thing I see that could be improved is the clean up of new vehicles.
